Frequently asked questions
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule a confirmed booking, you can do so free of charge, provided there is availability on another tour and it falls outside the required cancellation period.
For reservations with less than 5 guests, we require at least a 48-hour notice prior to the scheduled excursion date for cancellations. For 5 or more guests, a 72-hour notice is required. To cancel a reservation within the cancellation period, you can easily manage your booking online by clicking the 'Cancel' button or by reaching out to us through our Message Us link below.
Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card used at the time of booking. Please note that processing times by your bank may vary and it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account or card balance.
If you forget, change, or cancel your reservation without providing the required notice, OceanQuest Ltd. reserves the right to charge the full price of the booking. For any cancellations made outside the required notice period, please reach out to us through our Message Us link below.
